- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
As a Shift Manager at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic team environment.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
