Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to provide a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
As a Shift Manager at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results. You will be required to stand for extended periods and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
