Job Summary
Eclipse Stores Inc is seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the sales and operations of our store, as well as the training and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in achieving successful sales results within the store by providing support, communication, leadership, motivation, and guidance.
- Supervise and train sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Process shipments, display merchandise based on presentation guidelines, implement visual direction, and replenish merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize losses.
- Operate cash registers and maintain a high level of accuracy with transactions.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve maximum results by setting goals, providing feedback, and recognizing outstanding performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for customers.
- Demonstrated people management and teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
