Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and motivate a team of staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer's needs.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and coaching to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to handle a variety of tasks and situations.

Maintain Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to our high standards of quality and safety, and that our restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Manage the inventory and supplies of our restaurant, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and usage.

Monitor and Analyze Performance

Monitor and analyze the performance of our restaurant, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking required
