Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at GN Education INC. in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
  • Train and supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Offer mentoring and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
