Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with department managers to provide HR guidance and support
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews to inform HR initiatives
  • Assist with health and safety programs and WSIB claims management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Post-graduate degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CHRP certification with a desire to progress to CHRL
  • Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
