Human Resources Generalist

Reesink Canada Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing shared HR services across our entire Dealer Network.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing to final offer, ensuring that the right talent is brought on board to support the organization's growth.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processes, ensure accurate weekly time entry uploads, and administer the company's group benefits and RRSP plans.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related inquiries, provide advice and support on issues such as payroll, benefits, and policies, and ensure compliance with Canadian labour laws and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with a proven track record in HR operations.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations, proficiency in payroll software such as Payworks and HRIS platforms, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
