As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor with beBee Professionals, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. In this position, you will oversee the cleaning operations, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities.
  • Inspect areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
  • Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance.
  • Order cleaning supplies and manage inventory.
  • Resolve any client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
