About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at RB Tax & Accounting. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, data, and other materials to support business decisions and operations.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data collection, and presentation development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organized, ability to multitask, time management, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

Our office is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As an Office Administrator, you will work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
