Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Mirch Masala & Indian Sweet Cuisine Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
