We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Emkay Network Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our business operations and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of 16-20 people to ensure effective execution of business plans
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
