Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Emkay Network Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and implementing our policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data processing and systems, project management software, and software development
