Job Summary

As an Office Operations Manager at ENACT SOLUTIONS INC., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office equipment and coordinating tasks among team members. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train new employees on office policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on office operations.
  • Co-ordinate and assign tasks to team members.
  • Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Requisition office supplies and materials as needed.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments and teams.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
