Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Emkay Network Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems, making informed decisions that align with our business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and MS Excel, with experience in data processing and systems.
