About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Indigenous students and recent graduates to join our team at KPMG Canada. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous student groups and organizations to promote KPMG Canada's career opportunities and support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with our campus recruitment team to design and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract and retain top Indigenous talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to Indigenous students and recent graduates throughout the recruitment process, including resume review, interview preparation, and career development planning.
  • Work closely with our Indigenous employee resource group to identify and address the career development needs of Indigenous employees and to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging within the firm.
Requirements
  • Be an undergraduate Indigenous student or recent graduate with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in professional services.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Indigenous students, recent graduates, and KPMG Canada employees.
  • Be committed to achieving your Canadian CPA designation and have a strong understanding of the accounting profession.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional service.
