Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and developing top talent to support our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and development plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent development needs and create tailored development plans.
  • Partner with the Chief of People, Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs and career progression initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform talent acquisition and development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with at least 4 years of management experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Competency in using various computer applications, including MS Office and social media platforms.
