**Job Summary**

As a Territory Sales Manager, Retail at Sandoz International GmbH, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share objectives in all pharmacies within your territory. This role requires building strong relationships with customers, developing analytical sales strategies, and ensuring the execution of all agreements, programs, and tactics.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in territory retailers by analyzing customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage account-specific development programs to achieve account and territory sales targets and plans.
  • Plan coverage according to plan, segmentation, and objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or other related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ease with new technologies.
  • Fluency in oral and written French is an asset.
  • Have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Proven ability to rapidly build networks and relationships based on trust and exceptional customer focus.
