Retail Territory Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager (Retail) for Western Canada Provinces, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth in all pharmacies within your territory. You will achieve this through building strong relationships with customers, developing analytical sales strategies, and ensuring the execution of all agreements, programs, and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in territory retailers by analyzing customer needs and expectations.
- Develop, implement, and manage account-specific development programs to achieve account and territory sales targets and plans.
- Plan and execute coverage according to plan, segmentation, and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ease with new technologies.
- Fluency in oral and written French is an asset.
- Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues.
- Have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Proven ability to rapidly build networks and relationships based on trust and exceptional customer focus.
