As a Territory Sales Manager (Retail) for Western Canada Provinces, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth in all pharmacies within your territory. You will build strong relationships with customers, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure the execution of all agreements, programs, and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ensure the execution of all agreements, programs, and tactics
- Develop and manage account-specific development programs
- Plan and execute coverage according to plan, segmentation, and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ease with new technologies
- Fluency in oral and written French is an asset
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Proven ability to build networks and relationships based on trust and exceptional customer focus
