About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Sandoz International GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the retail pharmacy market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives in the territory.
  2. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to address them.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or a related field.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ease with new technologies, and fluency in oral and written English.
  4. Location: Ability to cover the territory of the GTA East (Ontario).
  5. Transportation: Have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
