Job Description

A Key Holder (Part Time) at Hollister Co. Stores provides exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. As a floor supervisor on duty, the Key Holder (Part Time) is responsible for operating as the store's lead associate in the absence of a manager. Key responsibilities include:

Work Schedule Requirements

Hours will vary weekly, with a typical spread of 15 to 25 hours across 3 to 5 working days. Key Holders (Part Time) are required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, with open availability during peak holiday seasons to support business needs.
