Retail Store Supervisor

At Always Convenience, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store, including supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate our sales floor team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that our sales floor staff are assigned to tasks that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues that May Arise: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may impact store operations.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that our store is well-stocked and that inventory levels are accurately managed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
