Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso Waterdown. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Floor Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring that all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Team Development: Train and develop sales floor staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Environment: Non-smoking
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Transportation: Own transportation
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, manual dexterity, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
