Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
At BIG BEE FOOD MART, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the sales floor and cash operations, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage sales floor staff, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Manage cash operations, including handling cash, operating the point of sale system, and reconciling till floats.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales floor staff.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
