Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Party City. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
