Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our strategic vision and ensuring the successful execution of our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead Canada's largest professional theatre for young audiences
  • Work collaboratively with the Artistic Director to inspire and promote a collaborative theatre spirit
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to address changing internal and external challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, volunteers, and the artistic community

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
