Chief Medical Officer

Northwest Employment Works is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Medical Officer to lead our healthcare initiatives.

In this pivotal role, the Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for directing the healthcare operations and ensuring alignment with our organizational mission and objectives.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Advocating for equitable healthcare services for our communities.
  • Fostering and nurturing partnerships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and community leaders.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of a post-secondary degree or diploma in medicine, healthcare administration, or related fields.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the healthcare system.
  • Familiarity with the local healthcare landscape.
  • Understanding of both traditional and contemporary healthcare practices.
  • Proficiency in Indigenous languages is considered an asset.

Compensation:
Includes a competitive salary and benefits package.

Work Schedule:
Full Time (35 Hours Per Week)
