Job Summary

Verve Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant - Hospitality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident suites and common areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Verve Quality Improvement program by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance resident satisfaction and experience.
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks in resident suites and common areas, adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as laundry, linens, and other household tasks, as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping equipment and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as needed.
