Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Marriott International, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all food and beverage areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in food and beverage or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
