Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of our food and beverage services, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and control food and beverage costs, including inventory, labor, and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred.
