We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the food and beverage operations at a Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining high standards, and achieving financial goals.
Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or a related field; 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, culinary operations, or a related area

- A master's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or a related field; 1 year of experience in food and beverage management, culinary operations, or a related area
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
- Lead a team of food and beverage professionals to ensure exceptional service and quality
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve financial goals
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless operations and high standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve food and beverage operations
Additional Responsibilities:
- Compliance with Marriott's accounting procedures and policies
- Assisting the General Manager with quality audits and ensuring compliance with Marriott's standards
Compensation: $46,000 - $60,000 per year
