Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing successful B2B SaaS products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to drive design excellence and make informed decisions that impact the entire team.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct customer research to understand their jobs, motivations, challenges, and environments to inform design decisions.
  • Design Management: Manage a team of product designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering squads to shape and mature early-stage analytics products.
  • Design Problem-Solving: Translate customer insights into innovative ideas, design workflows, and detailed interactions to realize them.
  • Prototyping: Develop prototypes to quickly assess viability and design fine-grained details of interactions.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Iterate based on feedback from the team, stakeholders, and design partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers as they build and ship products.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience designing digital products and systems, with a track record of shipping impactful products.
  • Design Champion: Experience collaborating with customers extensively when designing and validating solutions.
  • Data Visualization: Experience designing data visualizations, ideally for an analytics product.
  • Design Leadership: Experience leading other designers and shaping design systems and component libraries.
  • Portfolio: A well-structured portfolio that showcases your design process and experience designing software products.
