About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Homeowner Business Transformation team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that drive business outcomes and improve user experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across our products.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead design thinking activities and drive design reviews.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Expert understanding of visual design principles, user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
