Job Title: Lead Product DesignerWe're seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our team. As a senior design leader, you'll be responsible for designing successful B2B SaaS products that our customers love using. This is a high-profile role that will help shape the future of our product.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the design leader within the Design team, collaborating with Product Managers and designers to improve their work and the team's overall performance.
- Conduct customer research to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges, and use this insight to design impactful products.
- Manage product designers and work closely with engineering squads to shape and mature early-stage analytics products.
- Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating customer insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features.
- Prototype ideas to quickly assess viability and design fine-grained details of interactions.
- Iterate based on feedback from the team, stakeholders, and design partners.
- Work closely with engineers as they build and ship.
- Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You've helped ship impactful products.
- Been a design champion across the organization.
- Experience collaborating with customers extensively when designing and validating solutions.
- Experience designing data visualizations such as charts and graphs, ideally for an analytics product.
- Led other designers and helped shape how designers operate within a software organization.
- Contributed to the shaping of design systems and component libraries.
