About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Homeowner Business Transformation team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that drive business outcomes and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
  • Communicate design decisions and processes to both design and non-design stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead design thinking activities.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Ability to drive design reviews and design crits, and be a design leader and coach to other designers.
  • Experience creating and managing design systems with a proficiency in Figma.
