Job Title: Global Mobility Advisor

As a Global Mobility Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's global workforce by providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of international mobility. This includes managing the immigration process, providing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on global mobility matters
  • Support the organization's global workforce by providing mobility cost estimates and managing the immigration process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with external vendors to manage the immigration process
  • Meet with employees to explain assignment or relocation conditions
  • Manage mobility data in various systems and generate detailed reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
