Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong network of business and technology leaders at customers and partners
- Drive pipeline generation and account development activities to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to develop demand gen initiatives within the assigned territory
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of LzLabs' unique solution to clients
- Minimum 8 years of proven complex solutions sales background selling at IT and Business Leadership level (CIO, CTO, CDO)
- Ability to lead an effective sales campaign and orchestrate internal and external resources
- Solid prospecting habits with disciplined follow-up and collaboration with bus dev and marketing
- Ability to identify latent and active pain in complex customer situations and understanding of solution selling and account qualification methodologies
- Demonstrable knowledge of core tech, infrastructure, and applications transformation market space
