We're looking for a talented Regional Sales Director to join our team at LzLabs GmbH and help us transform the way our clients modernize their core legacy applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain a strong network of business and technology leaders at customers and partners
  • Drive pipeline generation and account development activities to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop demand gen initiatives and build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Effectively communicate the value of our solution to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of complex solutions sales experience selling at IT and business leadership levels
  • Proven track record of success in driving multi-stakeholder deals from prospect to close
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with technical and commercial teams
  • Ability to lead an effective sales campaign and orchestrate internal and external resources
  • Knowledge of the French-speaking region and fluency in French are an asset
