We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Visual Capitalist. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will be responsible for developing and cultivating new relationships with potential clients, leveraging existing connections to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with our marketing team to generate new leads and opportunities
- Work closely with our creative team to develop compelling digital media campaigns and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and partnerships, ideally with an agency background
- Proven track record of success in hunting new business and closing deals
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to build compelling presentations and negotiate effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Competitive salary range: $80k - $95k CAD
- Uncapped variable compensation: 2% for renewals, 4% for inbound sales, and 6% for outbound sales
