Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our business growth strategy and executing it to perfection.
About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our B2B and B2B2C strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with our Growth team and partnerships specialists to map out market opportunities, onboard new partners, and design programs to educate businesses on eSIM adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand Airalo's presence in the B2B and B2B2C markets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Onboard and support new partners, ensuring a seamless integration into our ecosystem
- Design and manage programs to educate businesses on eSIM adoption and its benefits
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor developments to maintain Airalo's status as the preferred provider
- 7+ years of experience in corporate sales or channel sales in the relevant market
- Experience in the travel and/or telecom industry or with corporate sales in a consumer business
- Ability to employ sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, consultative selling, and solution selling
- Perfect verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in building and leading a team
- Verbal and written ability in additional local/regional languages
