We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Sixteen Nine Enterprises Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The General Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.

Security and Safety:

The position requires a basic security clearance.
