About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sandhu Roadways Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Manage the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including opening and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and coordinate with external vendors and partners.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
