Lead the Future of Digital Banking

TEEMA Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to shape the future of digital banking. As the Senior Vice President of Asset Management, you will define and build the strategic roadmap and vision for digital banking products.

This role will require you to craft a compelling vision for the next generation of digital banking products, working closely with the executive team to ensure alignment. You will also help transform the organizational culture from a product-focused approach to a client-centric one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the digital banking landscape, identifying disruptors, threats, and partners.
  • Grow, hire, train, and lead a team of talented Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Partner with Canadian financial leaders to understand market trends and define product vision.
  • Evaluate current and future technologies, and their application to banking.
  • Establish and mature Product Management practices, tooling, approach, and methods.
  • Champion Design Thinking, Agile & DevOps culture, mindset, and processes.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
  • MBA or start-up experience.
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric product design and data-driven product decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and drive, with a focus on shipping enterprise-quality products.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead change, and introduce process improvement.
