Position Type:
Temporary Full-Time

Compensation:
Exempt Level 4 - $41.15 per hour

Role Overview:
Under the supervision of the Academic Services department, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for various staffing functions. This includes:

1. **Recruitment and Selection:**
Facilitating the hiring process to ensure the acquisition of qualified personnel.

2. **Employee Relations:**
Supporting staff in addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

3. **Policy Implementation:**
Assisting in the application of organizational policies and procedures related to staffing.

4. **Training and Development:**
Coordinating training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

5. **Administrative Support:**
Providing essential administrative assistance to the Academic Services team.
