Job Title: Human Resource Information System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Information System Specialist to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Information System Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions to support the human resources function. This includes developing policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensuring that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to support human resources functions
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle and human resources software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
