Job Title: Manager of Human Resources

York Hills Centre for Children, Youth and Families is seeking a skilled Manager of Human Resources to join our team.

About the Role:

We are a children's mental health agency that offers a wide range of mental health services, supports, and partnerships. Our goal is to provide meaningful and evidence-informed treatment to children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing HR team
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, benefits, and compensation
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
