Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • Organized and reliable with the ability to work independently.
