Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Facilitate the order entry of medical devices and equipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to our clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and logistics departments, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to order processing, customer service, and inventory management.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the customer service team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years customer service-related experience requested.
- Skills: Basic to medium Microsoft Office skills required. Experience with order entry ERP systems an asset.
