Job Title: Territory Manager - Compact Construction Equipment

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in the Compact Construction Equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions and follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of all compact construction equipment offered by Brandt
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to source and prospect new clients on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers
  • Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales industry experience and/or knowledge of the compact construction industry is considered an asset
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office suite
