About the Role

We are seeking an experienced bilingual corporate trainer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training programs in both English and French, catering to diverse corporate clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training programs in English and French
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles and corporate environments
  • Assess training effectiveness and provide detailed reports
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training
Qualifications
  • RHCE certification (required)
  • 2-4 years of corporate teaching experience
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
Requirements
  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
  • Proficiency with common presentation and e-learning software
